Drawings

Shapes, lines, vector illustrations.

The Drawings panel lets you add vector shapes to your page: rectangles, circles, triangles, stars, arrows, lines, free polygons.

You resize them, you change the fill colour, the thickness of the outline, the opacity — exactly as in a drawing program. Why vector? Because the shapes stay sharp at any size (unlike pixel images). They are also featherweight: a circle weighs 100 bytes, not 100 kilobytes.

You can combine several shapes to build simple illustrations, dividers, badges, decorative frames.

💡 For light decoration: prefer a vector drawing to a PNG image.
